As a Principal Engineer with the firm, he has experience with transportation projects, potable water system projects, sanitary sewer system projects, site planning for commercial development, and drainage facilities. He currently serves as County Engineer, State Aid County Engineer, and State Aid LSBP Engineer for Rankin County, Mississippi as well as the City Engineer for Florence, Mississippi. Tim holds a professional engineering license in the State of Mississippi and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, National Association of County Engineers, Mississippi Engineering Society, and the Mississippi Association of County Engineers.
